All walls up, roof trusses in place. Your home is really taking shape now! Steel beams installed for the open-plan kitchen.

Roof & Windows Installed
New slate roof complete and all windows fitted. The house is now weatherproof! Triple-glazed windows throughout for energy efficiency.
Completed on July 3, 2024
Electrical & Plumbing Rough-In
Currently working on this phase! All wiring and pipes being installed before we close up the walls. Smart home system being wired throughout.

Est. completion: November 20, 2024
Insulation & Drywall
High-performance insulation throughout, then drywall installation. The interior spaces will start to look like rooms!
Scheduled: Late November 2024
Kitchen & Bathrooms
Your custom kitchen cabinets and bathroom fixtures will be installed. This is where it really starts to feel like home!
Scheduled: Mid-December 2024
Final Touches & Handover
Flooring, painting, light fixtures, and final cleanup. Final inspection and then... the keys are yours!
